Colourful sneakers

We’ve all saw pictures of models wearing out-of-the-ordinary shoes in super bright colours. However, we believe that we’ll never be able to incorporate that type of footwear into our day-to-day outfits. But what if we told you it’s possible? With a simpler and monochromatic outfit, you can add touches of colour with accessories! We’ll split this post into two parts, one with shoes in “safer” colours so that you can implement more colour into your outfits bit by bit, and another part with bolder shoes. Shall we?

Dark-coloured sneakers

We’ll start by mentioning models in darker and calmer colours. All the models we’ll talk about are sneakers, since in our day-to-day lives we tend to go with more classic footwear in more “common” colours that look great with anything, right? The first sneakers are from Timberland and are the Kiri Up Leather in dark olive green. They’re in a more subtle shade of green, which in certain moments looks like brown. This colour looks great with blue, white, black or grey!

Bright-coloured sneakers

We now go to the scary part, the bright colours! For many of us a colourful outfit’s normal, but for others, like me, it’s intimidating. I usually go with colours like black, grey, white or beige. So, colours like the turquoise of these Gioseppo sneakers are something I’d never choose! However, after trying this model with my simple outfits I’ve to say I became a fan!
