Cubanas 2015 – New collection more accessible than ever!

Is it just me, or did the new Cubanas collection 2015 really came out swinging? I admit that I always had the concept that this brand is for most daring. The exotic character of its shoes gave me the impression of a very fun and even, dare I say, extravagant look in some cases.

When summer comes around, Cubanas usually surprises us with mix of textures, vivid colours, flowers, leaves, bows… And yes, there is a common part that never changes. However, this time it seems to me that all of each one of its models is apt to any woman that wishes to feel feminine, and… what woman does not want to feel more feminine at some point?

Now, what elements will you find in this new 2015 collection that are faithful to this brand? Without a doubt, there is the mix of textures that we mentioned before. You will find smooth leathers and suedes that also appear combined on the heels. And also, there are really cheerful colours, among which the classic shades of brown and, for example, green, coral and mustard. All of it with the best quality in their materials, infallible requirement for Cubanas.

However, we will stop with so many explanations! This has to be seen with your very own eyes! And I made a selection of Cubanas sandals that I divided into two groups: Wedges and High Heels.

We start with the sandals with a wedge sole. Take a close look at the following models:

Notice the different types of brown of the first two. Both tones are very discreet, comfortable and great if you also want to use them in your day-to-day. Well, I choose the Slim 410 Midnight Blue. Their wedge is precious, right? It mixes suede at the bottom with that fabric similar to linen that I like so much. It is higher than the previous ones. In contrast, you will feel super comfortable when you wear them. Try them and you will see!

Now we will go to the group of high heel sandals, so see what you think about the ones that I have chosen to show you:

I have to say it! The Cubanas Show 260 Coral are one of my favourites. Look at such cheerful colour for spring and summer. I am already imagining myself with a beige or white short frilly dress. And what do you think of their heel? So original! In this group, you will see that, effectively, Cubanas bets on vivid colours. What do you say of these green sandals? Do you see yourself in them? They are a model similar to the beige sandals, both on their wooden sole and on their design. They are mainly differentiated by the fact that the beige sandals are open on the toecap and heel.

However, for me, there is a star model… That one that I fell in love with at first sight… The Cubanas sandals Wave 200!

And now that I think about it, without realizing it, I have chosen the best way to define it. Precisely on the front you will see 5 metallic stars, the ones that correspond to the logo of this Portuguese brand. I am completely in love with the wood of their soles. That light shade matched with camel brown and white… A true wonder! However, what you will truly love is the comfort and the cushioning that they provide you. Seeing is believing!
