SixtySeven with platform – Who knew that they would be so comfortable?

A couple of weeks ago, I bought at EscapeShoes a pair of sneakers with a thick sole. If I’m going to be honest, I decided to try this type of shoes with some doubts about if I was really going to like it. The results after using them no stop deserve a post. Truthfully, I’m in love!

I admit that platform sneakers are a concept that I didn’t really like aesthetically. And, of course, you feel more feminine in a discreet way! We have to admit that these extra centimetres stylize your legs much more.

The material that these Tapestry sneakers are made of is a strong, resistant and warm fabric, but, at the same time, is very malleable and adapts to the shape of your foot. You are also going to love their interior, which is lined entirely with dark green felt, very pleasant to the touch and cosy.

These are the reasons why I take them everywheeere… I walk with them around the park near my house. I love to sit peacefully while looking at a beautiful landscape and spend the entire afternoon lying down and reading on the field. And yes, I even already took them to the beach!

But there is something even better! Since I always want to wear them, I already used them during rainy days. It is evident that these are not waterproof shoes, but their soles are more resistant on wet floors!

Ah! And as an anecdote, the first time I saw them I thought that, sooner or later, I would change their black velvet laces with others. Well, they are still here… and, honestly, I like more and more the effect and the contrast that they make with the rustic fabric of the sneakers. I’m keeping them!
