JOANA – What was your first impression when you opened the Timberland box and saw the boots for the very first time? Did they fulfil the expectations that you had from the beginning?

SONIA – I loved them! The EscapeShoes photos were very accurate since they show a very real image of the product itself.

JOANA – And when you tried them and walked with the boots, how did you feel?

SONIA – Fine. They’re very comfortable and warm, exactly what I was looking for.

JOANA – What were exactly the motives that led you to choose this specific model?

SONIA – I can say that there were a number of factors. First, the material (leather, lined with fur and waterproof). Then, the price vs. brand factor was quite appealing.

JOANA – In which occasions do you wear these boots and with what kind of clothes?

SONIA – Well, I don’t only use them for the weekends with more practical clothes, i.e. leggings or jeans, but also for work with more formal trousers.

JOANA – If you had to define these Timberland boots with three adjectives, what would you choose?

SONIA – Comfortable, of high quality and practical!

JOANA – And are those the aspects that you usually consider when you buy shoes?

SONIA – Yes, but I also consider the material, especially if they’re made of leather, and their durability.

Furthermore, we asked her if there was any negative feature that she’d like to point out about her new boots. It was a question that she immediately and with no hesitation answered no.
